Prepaid hours and monthly subscriptionsTime packs and subscriptions allow you to more flexibly reduce support and maintenance service costs while providing personalized service. There are 2 prepaid hour packs (6 and 12 hours) being a prepaid service with a non cumulative duration of 1 year, with 3 and 6 trips included, respectively. Regarding the subscriptions there are 3 modalities (2, 4 or 6 hours per month), with these 1, 2 or 5 included, respectively. Both time packages and subscriptions can be used by appointment in advance to meet punctual needs, preventive maintenance or to meet emergencies. The free trips indicated are in the Municipality of Lisbon

Remote Assistance, Home Service & RepairWe have a service that allows you to solve some problems remotely without having to go to our premises or us to the customer's home.
In some cases, depending on the type of malfunction, it is possible to perform the repair directly at the customer's premises, providing greater comfort for the customer. This service has an additional cost to the customer.
Individual or group trainingPersonalized one-to-one training is our big bet for better results. We can design a tailor-made training plan according to the specific needs of each client. Apple Equipment Malfunctions
We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider and are able to repair malfunctions on or out of warranty. All repairs are performed by qualified Apple-certified technicians, and the parts we use for repairs are genuine Apple products.
